We contacted Heather in January 21 about selling our house at Bellavida. From the very first contact we found Heather to very efficient and quick to respond. We had tried another realtor in the the past and had experienced difficulties with communication and organising viewings but with Heather it was a completely different experience. She was very quick to get the property marketed and kept us informed of how the response was going. Her knowledge of the Bellavida community was very valuable. We received an offer within a few weeks and Heather helped us negotiate on the price. We live in the UK and It is quite daunting dealing with this transaction from another country during a pandemic but Heather helped make the whole thing as smooth as possible. We would definitely recommend her services to future clients and use them again ourselves if we ever decided to buy another property in the area.

Heather was very responsive and attentive every time we needed to communicate with our constructive manager or builder. She picked up the phone and would make those calls without us even asking her. She is very experienced and knowledgeable in the real estate industry and was able to help us with home warranty options and important upgrades in our home. She has a wonderful eye for design and even provided great color options we utilized in our home. Heather is a go getter and is very professional. I highly recommend her as a real estate agent if buying or selling your home.

Heather pulled our proverbial butts out of the fire.

We found the perfect lake front house to buy, but in order to buy it we needed to sell our house, and sell it fast. The problem was that many houses in our neighborhood had been on the market for 6 months or longer, and we could see the market value going down. All of the indicators looked bad.

I will not go into detail, but Heather was able to sell our House in less than 2 weeks. We also got one of the highest prices in the neighborhood for our house. The closing went at a record pace. We were able to buy the lake front property we fell in love with.

When Heather lists a property, she takes it seriously. You will not find cell phone photos in the listing. She invests her money and gets professional photographers that stage the home; and drone photos on every house she lists. The results are stunning. She is also a gifted writer, this comes out in the description of the property, something that is not to be underestimated. In short it pays to have someone smart, listing your property.

We live in a world where everything is done online. If people look at badly done online photos (the majority of listings), they skip it, and move to the next one. It is also important to note that Heather answers her phone. I know this may seem insignificant, but you would not believe how many realtors only answer the phone when they want something.

Not only does she beautifully set up the online add, she knows what she is doing. I noticed that the other Realtor were regularly asking Heather how things should be done. She always knew the answer, and executed the work seamlessly.

I sold my House quickly and at a higher price than I was expecting. The paperwork was done seamlessly; everything was taken care off with no issues. All I had to do was sign on the dotted line.

This was a difficult sale. The owner was out of the country, and negotiations could not be done face to face. Despite this Heather was able to get the price reduced on the property by about $60,000 dollars. At the time it was the biggest reduction that had been negotiated in the entire community.

We also had the problem of our house selling before our new house closed. Heather was able to set it up so that we could stay in the New House before closing was completed. This saved us an estimated $5000 in moving, storage and Hotel costs.

Heather is a perfectionist and has a touch of OCD. This is exactly what I want when I am dealing with a Realtor. Someone who dot’s all the i’s and crosses all the T’s. I want the transaction to run efficiently, and smoothly. I also noticed that the other Realtors were asking Heather how to do things. This makes me think her level of knowledge is higher than most.

I would highly recommend Heather. She worked hard to make buying our vacation home in Florida run smoothly. Whenever we called her, she answered her cell phone. Emails were promptly dealt with in a timely fashion. She was there to represent us, and our interests. We felt that Heather was watching out for us. I live just outside of Toronto and purchased our vacation home while in Canada. We picked out, started the buying process and closed on the sale of our Vacation Home within three weeks’ time. The time constraints on such a short schedule, especially when absent, are stressful to say the least. Heather made sure all documentation was signed and sent to the appropriate authority. She let us know what we had to do, and when we had to do it. Through this busy time she was professional, pleasant to deal with and detail oriented. I would not hesitate to recommend her to my friends or have her represent us again.
